01Receiving and storage
Raw milk powder arrives on pallets in 25 kg bags and is stored in our raw-material warehouse.
02Hygienic handling
Our team works in clean, panelled production rooms wearing hairnets, masks and gloves.
03Powder feeding
Milk powder is fed into the filling machines under controlled conditions.
04Filling and weighing
Pouches are filled, sealed and weighed on our packing line.
05Cartoning and palletising
Finished packs are boxed into cartons and stacked on pallets.
06Storage and dispatch
Cartons wait in our finished-goods warehouse, ready for delivery.
